Andy Murray's struggles continue.

Andy Murray's unimpressive on-court play continues.  Ever since the great run to the Australian Open final, Murray has lost his form.  His latest "crap out" was yesterday when Philipp Kohlschreiber smoked Murray 6-2, 6-1.

Since the Australian Open, Murray has lost to Janko Tipsarevic, Robin Soderling, Mardy Fish, and now Philipp Kohlschreiber, all before the semifinals.  It is unlike Murray to lose to players that he should beat.  His consistency of beating less talented opponents has been a strength of his.  With his struggles, Murray will be falling to #5 in the world when the rankings are released next Monday.

After the Kohlschreiber loss in Monte Carlo, Murray left the court to jeers and whistles.  He said this after the match:  “It was the first time in a few years that the court felt so small,” said Murray. “I just could not find the court. When it's like that, it's difficult to play. I tried different things. I tried serve and volleying a couple of times. I tried hitting some high balls. It did not really make a whole lot of difference.”
